This New Balance 550 delves into a more feminine version of the basketball shoe with hits of pink in all the right places. For the most part. white constructs the majority of the shoe’s upper. allowing the pink to highlight the most interesting elements and details. All the branding has been laden with pink as well as the heel support ridge and tongue piping. The perforated sidewalls make a return as with other releases. a detail which wonderfully balances the dual stitching elements on the panels. The story is much of the same down below with the midsole walking a fine line between the two opposing colours.
